Show the number of projects in the By project heading.

Outcome

The By project heading now shows the project count ("By project · 3 projects") via a tested projectCountLabel; help updated. Gate ok (206 tests); visual check at desktop and 390px is clean. PR #104 is queued in the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
