Check the app's pages for accessibility problems, and fix the ones you find.

Outcome

axe audit of all 5 pages (32 states/themes/widths) found and fixed 5 a11y problems: unlabelled settings selects, no h1, duplicate landmark names, empty table header, sub-AA text contrast. Now 0 violations; gate gains h1/label checks and is green. PR #101 queued. Visual check: layout unchanged. Memory: none applied.
