Make the tests run faster.

Outcome

Gate 0.27 s → 0.17 s (alternating A/B x5) by running the release-notes Python e2e scenarios concurrently; assertions unchanged, 4 mutations still caught, 0/30 flakes. PR #94 queued to the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
