Split Time Entry into Two Entries

Let people split a time entry into two entries at a time they choose.

Outcome

Added Split to finished entries: a dialog picks the time (midpoint default, live preview of both parts); both parts keep project/note/tags/billable. Gate green (184 tests). PR #69 merged. Follow-up: existing phone horizontal overflow.
