N Shortcut for New Time Entry

Task 4798 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Add a keyboard shortcut, N, that starts a new time entry.

Outcome

N now focuses the Project field to start a new entry; ignored in fields/dialogs/with modifiers, toasts while a timer runs. Gate green, PR #65 merged. No screenshot (Chromium can't run on node); verified in jsdom. Follow-up: shortcut off-switch (WCAG 2.1.4).
