Show Project Colours in Reports Table

Show each project's colour next to its name in the Reports table.

Outcome

Reports "Hours by project" rows now show each project's stable colour dot, the same one the entry list uses. Gate green (166/166). Visual check passed at desktop light/dark and 390px. PR #63 merged. Follow-up: the chart colours series by rank, not by project.
