Fix red develop 7beb88656664

The merge lane found `develop` red at `7beb88656664ad6efeddb57cb8383e57e058c319` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 2 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `9888` on lane task 9962. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: plan-providers e2e now scrolls each row into view before the whole-name check (the grid outgrew one screen after Task 9926). Old spec failed 2/2, fixed spec passes 2/2; quick and local full gate green. PR #6893 queued.
