Split along the architecture's boundaries into 3 coders: 9925 grid term and built-in cutover (Foundation), then 9926 SDK/ACP agent rows and 9927 Providers tab UI in parallel. Acceptance tightened: named refusals, readable 390px grid, no raw dev API edits (deferred to Finish). F1/F2 named, not filed. Memory: none applied.

Provider grid plan term (`providers`) replaces the system default, the org Providers tab and the Non-Claude switch. Every built-in door reads it. M1 preserves each org's pairs; dev Accounts › Add for 4 orgs is identical before and after deploy. Merge lane full gate green, PR #6880 merged, dev deploy green. Deferred: F1 (column drop), F2 (jaahd plan_gate). Memory: none applied.
