Reduce Repository Code Through Refactoring Opportunities

Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Five code reductions merged (PR #6876 → develop c76646069): 80,874 lines out, 107 in; reference-agent bundles generated not committed, one alert-chain walk, one ChatTurnColumns mixin, dead code dropped. Lane failure fixed: the bundle test now runs after generation in the full gate. Mirror run green; deploy run superseded by the next merge. No UI surface affected. Memory: used mem-18424; proposed none.
