Session termination hook limit trigger failure

Task 9693 · Done · Coder · created · updated

See transcript of <https://app.jaah.ai/tasks/9648> When a limit is reached a hook must trigger the session to be terminated and a new one launched. For some reason it did not happen in this session

Outcome

Fixed: Claude Code 2.1.310 signals the usage limit with a mid-turn wrap-up note, so no hook caught it. A new PreToolUse wallcheck now replaces the runner as soon as the note lands, and a daemon safety net catches any walled turn the hooks miss. Quick gate green; PR #6821 merged; Jaah Deploy passed. Memory: proposed 1 recipe.
