Fix red develop 1d469eedfb1b

The merge lane found `develop` red at `1d469eedfb1b4220b3097d805c74292b093fc935` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 2 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `9202` on lane task 9513. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed both red smoke specs: access-principal Access-tab locator scoped to detail pane; org-indicator routes /api/projects before login. Specs 16/16 green, quick gate green. PR #6780 queued to merge lane. Memory: none applied
