Email triggers unmatched emails and Gmail label
Found while verifying SES inbound on dev (Task 9426):
1. *Automations > Unmatched emails* says "No unmatched emails." whenever the org filter excludes Operator, even though mail is waiting (the rows are org zero's). Show them regardless of the org filter, or say they belong to the Operator org and offer a one-click switch.
2. The automation wizard's When picker and its Review still label the email source "Gmail" ("When: Gmail"), while the automation list says "Email". System mail is received through SES now, so call it "Email" everywhere.
3. Unmatched emails only updates when you press Refresh, so new mail doesn't appear on its own. Refresh it on the page's live stream, or every 30 s, the `ses-inbound` cadence.
Out of scope: inbound routing rules, the SES pipeline (`apps/api/app/ses_inbound.py`), and tenant inboxes (C10).
Done means:
- With the org filter set to a tenant org, an operator viewing Automations still sees the waiting unmatched emails, or a clear pointer to them.
- No user-visible "Gmail" label remains for the system email source (grep `apps/web/src` for the source-kind label).
- A new inbound email appears in Unmatched emails without pressing Refresh.
- 390 px and desktop screenshots in the report.
Outcome
Unmatched emails now read past the org filter and refresh every 30 s. The When picker and Review say "Email". Visual check done at 390 px and desktop; the panel shows under Org B. Quick gate and vitest green. PR #6775 queued to the lane. Memory: none applied.
