Fix red develop bdde6d86d8e9

The merge lane found `develop` red at `bdde6d86d8e906a26616dc2ac3d64bb683ea8111` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `runner-cli-lock-audit` The whole gate log: artifact `9037` on lane task 9420. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

PR #6745 moves pi-acp to zod 4 so runner-cli-lock-audit no longer flags GHSA-mrhx-c7xc-m3w5. Rebased onto develop (59de4af3) after the CI infra failure; quick gate and lock audit green, ACP job green, queued on the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
