Remove host visibility and clarify key distribution

NodeVault updates: - We should not be seeing a physical host here. Scrub other instances where host is visible across the system - "Send key", "Open backup" is confusing. Outcome

Multi-Node Hosts no longer appear in NodeVault, aren't enrolled for the key, and lose any grant they hold; also gone from NodeLink attach and the Audit node filter. Stepper uses one Next per step; "To avoid" removed. Quick gate + tests green; PR #6740 merged (deploy superseded). Memory: used mem-17993, mem-15203; proposed 0.
