Live shows this (see screenshot) for a split second when loading Live. It could be SEO optimization, but it should not be happenning. ![image.png](attachment:img-xj-QtkAOiY.png)

Outcome

Live's SEO snapshot is now hidden for JS visitors and shown again via <noscript> for no-JS readers; the viewer goes straight to its spinner. Quick gate and changed-area tests green, visual check done (JS on: hidden, JS off: shown). PR #6728 queued. Memory: none applied.
