Merge lane run: batch the queued PRs, run the full gate (if any) once on their merged tree, and merge the batch when it is green. Filed by the control plane (`app/merge_lane.py::ensure_lane`).

Outcome

Merged PR #6720 (task 9293) at aa00b655 after quick gate green on merged tree (6014 tests). Nothing ejected. Queue empty, develop not red. Batch 54s (gate 37s). Memory: none applied.
