Jaah generated mockup buttons not clickable

Major bug: mockups generated by Jaah are not always clickable. Case in point: <https://app.jaah.ai/tasks/9254> Notice that clicking the Continue button doesn't do anything but if you download the HTML, then you can walk through the wizard.

Outcome

Mockup buttons work: the artifact frame and route CSP now allow forms, so a form's Continue handler runs. form-action 'none' still blocks every post. PR #6715 merged by the lane after the full gate; the Jaah Deploy succeeded.
