Fix red develop 58b3307079fa

The merge lane found `develop` red at `58b3307079fa2f9b2855f12db96436a4a77fac14` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 1 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `8720` on lane task 9205. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: the nodevault-credentials e2e spec used a ^-anchored name locator, which broke once Task 9182 put the credential's home before its name. Spec passes 2/2 and quick gate is green. PR #6704 is queued in the merge lane.
