Fix red develop b7ff01cd5261

The merge lane found `develop` red at `b7ff01cd526176eef70373f198ad9a99c81dda0e` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `pre-merge-selection-selftest` The whole gate log: artifact `8691` on lane task 9195. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: pre-merge selftest still named the old "copy-name" credentials-feed oracle title after Task 9182 renamed it to "copy-path"; updated the title. Selftest and quick gate green; PR #6699 queued. Memory: none applied.
