Repository initialization fails with connection error

Repo creation does not work. It was supposed to open a page with prefilled info ![image.png](attachment:img-_JTLQrhKvj.png)

Outcome

Repo create for a hand-off owner now opens a GitHub OAuth approval popup, keeps the token as the connection, and creates the repo. PR #6693 merged (647192880), Jaah Deploy green. Visual check done. Filed draft #9185. Memory: none applied.
