Fix flaky test gate

The merge lane saw `gate` fail and then pass on a rerun of the same tree. - Test: `gate` - Tree: `dc550d057c154928be844769648468fef14e400f` - Lane task: 9132 - Flake record: 01a1650e-0d72-7f28-bade-a77cbf8ce086 Make it deterministic; do not delete it unless it tests nothing.

Outcome

Flake was Markdown links stage: cdn.deepseek.com intermittently unresolvable from gate host (Status: 0). Added it to mlc_config ignorePatterns like other unreachable hosts; repro red→green, quick gate green. PR #6677 queued in lane. Memory: none applied.
