Question mark displays despite answered task

Outcome

Board live refresh now hears every stream event, not just a render's last one, so an answered running task drops its ? without a reload. Merged #6665 (8f9be77). Quick gate and tests green; deploy superseded by a newer one. Follow-up draft #9110. Memory: none applied.
