Merge lane: jaah
Merge lane run: batch the queued PRs, run the full gate (if any) once on their merged tree, and merge the batch when it is green. Filed by the control plane (`app/merge_lane.py::ensure_lane`).
Outcome
Merged 27 PRs (#6633–#6662, not #6642/#6651), 0 ejected. Develop went red from #6635 (worktrees e2e). #6650 shipped the fix, so my duplicate #6651 is closed. Develop is green (specs verified) and the final 86fb595 deploy succeeded. Memory: proposed 1 gotcha.
