Increase margin to prevent status disc cutoff
Add a wee bit of margin. At least that the status disc is not half-eaten
Outcome
Fixed the clipped selected-disc ring on /tasks: the list sits 4px further off the sidebar, its scrollport pads 4px, and the insets Task 8891 set to 0 by the split divider are now 4px. Quick gate + vitest green; visual check shows the ring whole. PR #6632 queued to the merge lane.
