Goal: compliance registers match what prod actually serves and promises. - Readiness checklist: CC2.3, I-9, I-10 record the published legal pages. - H-29 (counsel review) tracked as a live risk-register row. - HubSpot added to the vendor register. - Operator path to find and delete one person's prospect rows (enquiries, trust requests, site chats). - DeepSeek as the default support provider: list it as a subprocessor, or make the default provider-neutral. Out of scope: changing published legal text beyond what an item needs; prod settings. Done means: each item closed in its register or shipped with a test; quick gate green.
