Console interface polish for mobile and desktop

Goal: every page reads cleanly at 390px and desktop; explanation lives in tooltips, not on the page; no repeated or stale copy. - Copy: revoked connection on Profile › Git shows one short line; Activity's "Unattributed" once per row; Catalog empty state has one connectors link; welcome wizard says "Waiting for approval" once, names the forges behind "+", uses the same GitHub-missing wording as the checklist; Add node hint clears with its projects; answer options hide a description equal to the label. - Disabled verbs explain why on hover/tap ("Change plan", "Same name" chip tappable on phones). - Layout: PageHeader keeps one small action on the title row at 390px; schedule "Next" reads as a fact; long "Held" value aligns; Slots session cell shows the full word and "#5 Title" not "5|Title"; Brains name column takes natural width and refused rows get a grey disc; Plans "+" button matches its line; bulk-bar icons get labels on phones; dark-theme menu dividers visible; plan editor Max agents aligns to the grid. - /login and /signup: matching h1, one divider style and provider order; idle-logoff cookie cleared after the first notice. - Gates: Agents empty-state verb uses the same gate as the strip. - Docs: wide screenshots fit the content column; no empty band in details.png. - Prod: Projects row ⋯ shows Edit/Delete for an owner and the wizard matches master — or explain the bundle difference. - Fix the flaky `CustomersPage.test.tsx` check-tab test. Out of scope: behaviour changes beyond the items. Done means: screenshots at 390px and desktop of each touched surface; vitest for each logic item; flaky test passes 5 runs in a row.

Console polish (copy, disabled-reason tooltips, 390px layout, login/signup parity, docs images, flaky CustomersPage test) merged via #6635 (2496b157). Quick gate + 9516 related vitest green; visual check at 390/desktop done. Prod Projects/wizard: no code bug, bundle/cache. Deploy superseded.
