Merge lane run: batch the queued PRs, run the full gate (if any) once on their merged tree, and merge the batch when it is green. Filed by the control plane (`app/merge_lane.py::ensure_lane`).

Outcome

Merged PR #6622 (task 8976) at 6fc85d22 after the quick gate passed on the merged tree (5974 tests, 0 failed). Nothing ejected. Queue empty, develop not red. Time 51s, mostly the gate (34s). Memory: none applied.
