Merge lane run: batch the queued PRs, run the full gate (if any) once on their merged tree, and merge the batch when it is green. Filed by the control plane (`app/merge_lane.py::ensure_lane`).

Outcome

Merged PR #6604 (Task 8930) at 3e07d426a after the quick gate passed (5978 tests, 48s batch). Nothing ejected. develop_red at 7851c60 is stale: runner-cli-lock-audit passes (exit 0) on current develop. Queue empty. Memory: none applied.
