Increase Cisne subscription agent quantity limit

How can Operator set the number of agent Cisne is running to a certain number? They are currently limited to 3. How can Operator increse it? ![image.png](attachment:img-g4SwKPGLAi.png)

Outcome

Operator can set a per-agent plan's billed agent count in Customers › Products › Subscription › Change subscription (charged like the tenant, org range kept). Quick gate + billing/web tests green, visual check OK; PR #6605 queued. Memory: none applied.
