Merge lane run: batch the queued PRs, run the full gate (if any) once on their merged tree, and merge the batch when it is green. Filed by the control plane (`app/merge_lane.py::ensure_lane`).

Outcome

Merged PR #6596 (task 8904, head bb5c8b9 → 9498429b) after the quick gate passed (5978 tests). Nothing ejected; the queue is empty and develop is not marked red. Batch took 52s, 38s of it the gate. Memory: none applied.
