NodeLink network configuration documentation

Add an article to the documentation explaining how exactly NodeLink needs to be configured for situations where nodes are in user's vpc - private and public subnets, with or without public IP, on premises without public IP, etc. with network diagrams for each case. That doc needs to be where it will then be compiled into docs.jaah.ai

Outcome

Added a NodeLink docs sub-area (concept page, plus a network setup guide with a Mermaid diagram and checklist for 7 placements). Quick gate green; PR #6556 merged as 9608f9b; Jaah Deploy succeeded. Visual check done. Follow-up draft #8796.
