Retest Windows nodes: - Make sure they function as normal nodes - Test a simple task, that asks a question and finishes quickly Out of scope: MicroVM

Outcome

Windows node win-t8703 (dev, Org B) online and healthy; guided question task #5221 ran on it, was answered in the console, and settled done. Six Windows daemon defects fixed in PR #6535 (merged a10e43c6, Jaah Deploy green). Follow-ups #8730–#8732 filed as drafts. Memory: proposed 2 gotchas.
