Task status endpoint with bearer authentication

Add an endpoint that returns the current status of tasks whose IDs are provided in the request. It should utilize the same authentication that is used in the new web hooks feature. Consumers will call the endpoint, provide the Bearer token and the target tasks' IDs, and use the retrieved data to update ticket's statuses on its side.
