Fix red develop 0aeacdefdd96

The merge lane found `develop` red at `0aeacdefdd96cd67432a016077de8d884c8d4cf8` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 1 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `7798` on lane task 8661. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: org-switcher e2e width check now counts the account menu's new address row (Task 8598 made it the widest row). Test-only; spec 6/6 green, quick gate green; PR #6515 queued in merge lane. Memory: none applied.
