Move agent limits to Limits tab

Everyt \- Move Min agents, Max agents to Limits tab \- When "Priced per agent" is on: current agent cap = purchased agents \- When "Priced per agent" is off: current agent cap = Max Agents. Do not remove Max Agents from limits. \- Remove Agents from Limits as its role is taken by Max Agents \- Explain what Active slots limit is \- Add features as standard Default / Plan / Org: Audit (show Audit/Activity), Session Transcripts (show Audit/Sessions) \- Make Audit Nodes / Workflows / Personas Operator only \- Make Automation / Slots Operator only

Max agents is now the Agents cap (agents bought when per agent), moved to Limits; Active slots explained; Audit and Session transcripts plan switches; Audit Nodes/Workflows/Personas and Automations/Slots operator only.
