Review Security Hub findings (jaah security account), especially from the standards and fix top 5 that would close the gap the most

Reviewed Security Hub org-wide (security acct, both regions): 0 open failed FSBP/CIS findings; all 93 failures are register-backed suppressions. Only open items: 6 INFO Inspector findings on 3 hosts that self-patch daily (fixes queued) + 2 AWS Health notices. Nothing to fix; no_pr.
