Worktrees page duplicate markers and drawer polish

Found while photographing Automation > Slots on prod as a TimeSaver member (docs-writer Task 8619). 1. A slot awaiting an answer shows **!** twice on its row: as a marker far to the right of the title (it floats next to the Git column, detached from the title) and again before the Session word. Keep one, and keep it next to what it qualifies. 2. The slot drawer repeats the slot's long task title twice, as **Title** and again as **Name** in monospace. Hide Name when it equals Title, or drop one. 3. The selection bar renders its actions in upper case (SYNC, STOP, RELEASE) while every other button on the page (Release slot, Session, Start) is title case. Match the rest of the console. 4. A slot whose Session says **running** shows **—** for Session age and Idle in the drawer. When a live session's age is unknown, say so in words, or hide the row. 5. The drawer's **Waiting on** reads "you — answer task #N" to a member who is not the task's owner. Name who the task is waiting on, or say "an answer" without "you" when the viewer isn't the one asked. Out of scope: the slot list's grouping, filters and data; any API change beyond what item 4 or 5 needs. Done means: each item fixed or explicitly rejected with a reason in the PR; the Worktrees page re-checked on a live stack at desktop and phone widths, with screenshots.

Fixed all 5 Worktrees items: one ! hugging the title, Name hidden when it equals Title, title-case bulk verbs, "not reported" for live durations, neutral "Waiting on". Quick gate green; checked at desktop and phone. PR #6504 queued. Draft follow-up #8650.
