Fix red develop 2e2caff8fe81

The merge lane found `develop` red at `2e2caff8fe810c5401b1de46e7ac27c3db1fac8e` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 2 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `7720` on lane task 8601. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: access-principal e2e now expects "Inherited from <Org>" (onboarding spec already fixed by #6492). Both failing tests pass locally; quick gate green. PR #6495 queued in merge lane.
