People and sidebar follow-ups

Task 8598 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Itemized follow-ups noticed while testing Settings › People, Access and Infrastructure on the live stack (Task 8563): 1. On a phone (390 px), the People roster shows no per-row select control, so bulk verbs can't be reached there. Offer a select mode on phone, or say where it is. 2. The sidebar footer truncates a nameless user's email ("e2e-smoke@co…") with no way to read the rest. Show the full address on tap or in the profile menu. 3. On the Access tab, a "Via <group>" row that starts a new page is indented with no group row above it. Repeat the group row as context, or don't indent the first row of a page. 4. The org Domains tab is still labelled just "Domains", while Security now says "SSO domains". Consider "Join domains" for the tab so the two labels match. Out of scope: access semantics, SSO behaviour, who may add join domains. Done means: - Each item changed or declined with a one-line reason in the PR. - Web tests for changed states; screenshots at 390 px and 1440 px.

Outcome

All 4 changed: phone People Select mode, whole email in account menu/phone sheet, flush Via rows at a page start, "Join domains" tab. Quick gate + 731 changed-area tests green; 390/1440 checked. PR #6507 queued. Follow-up draft #8659. Memory: none applied.
