Fix red develop a294f2458557

The merge lane found `develop` red at `a294f2458557c7a86986dcb5f69190c158a3244e` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 1 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `7684` on lane task 8582. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: dashboard e2e insight routes now torn down afterEach (unrouteAll ignoreErrors), so an in-flight route.fetch no longer fails the next test. Quick gate green, @premerge 10/10; PR #6483 merged by lane (5cd29f72). Drafted #8585 for a separate flake.
