Remove non-working GitHub signup button

Task 8567 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Remove GitHub signup from signup page as it is not currently working. Also why is it not working? Is something missing? Make sure the button does not show up if that thing is missing - same as with Microsoft signup

Outcome

GitHub sign-in/sign-up gated on new operator switch github_sign_in_enabled (default off); root cause: prod GitHub App lacks Email addresses read (403 on /user/emails). PR #6482 merged a294f2458, Jaah Deploy green. Follow-up draft 8579.
