Audit, Compliance and Support polish

Quality goals for Audit, Compliance and Support (was #8335, #8388, #8397, #8505). Skip anything already fixed. Audit: 1. Sessions: the Node column uses the row's free width at desktop. 2. Efficiency: the not-configured line just says what to set; Control plane › Session analytics shows a format hint beside each empty setting (never a value). 3. Activity: a refused sign-in for an unknown address reads "Unattributed" (dimmed) in the folded line and its detail, which opens the refusal record. Compliance: 4. Errored scans are not gaps: "Not scanned (N)" apart from Gaps, left out of Fix all, Rescan instead of Fix/Waive; the matrix mutes a level carried from an earlier scan. 5. Operators see when the `compliance-daily` cron is off. Support: 6. The Jarvis help button never covers detail-pane content (1024 px and 448 px). 7. The ticket list marks (operator-only) tickets whose lesson awaits approval. Out of scope: session data and permissions, refusal wording, scan engine and packs, how lessons are drafted or served. Done means: - Each item fixed or rejected with a one-line reason in the PR. - Tests for 3, 4, 7. - Screenshots at 390 px and 1440 px.

All 7 Audit/Compliance/Support items fixed with tests (items 3, 4 and 7 included). Visual check done at 390/1440 px (1024 px for the orb); all surfaces read well. Review lane passed; PR #6494 merged as cd94e58c6 and Jaah Deploy succeeded. Follow-ups filed as draft #8602. Memory: none applied.
