Fix red develop 5f25d1a9bee4

The merge lane found `develop` red at `5f25d1a9bee455332496b7e78724930d79870059` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `tests/project_memory/test_switch_matrix.py::test_memory_restorable_injectable[0.35-gotcha-propose-True]` - `tests/project_memory/test_switch_matrix.py::test_memory_restorable_injectable[0.9-recipe-propose-True]` - `tests/project_memory/test_switch_matrix.py::test_memory_restorable_injectable[0.9-gotcha-settle-False]` - `tests/project_memory/test_switch_matrix.py::test_memory_restorable_injectable[0.9-gotcha-distill-False]` - `tests/project_memory/test_switch_matrix.py::test_memory_restorable_injectable[0.9-qa-stop_delta-False]` - `api-unit-dc-test` The whole gate log: artifact `7582` on lane task 8504. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Already fixed on develop by 35220a354 (PR #6468, Task 8499). Reproduced the 5 failures at 5f25d1a9; on develop 494f491e2 the switch matrix passes 28/28. No PR needed. Memory: none applied.
