Fix red develop 7e85629e2084

The merge lane found `develop` red at `7e85629e2084d8fe10c381665de9b9ed0ccb89ba` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 3 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `7482` on lane task 8404. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: 3 e2e smoke specs (org-limits, products-tabs-mobile, project-create-placement) updated to match the UI changes from Tasks 8325/8351/8327. They failed on develop and pass after the fix; quick gate green. PR #6455 is queued to the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
