Project Wizard and Add Node Polish
Seen on /projects/new and the Add node dialog while testing Task 8264 on a local stack:
1. Chips for nodes picked in the New project wizard's Nodes field show no status. Mark an offline chip the same way its picker option is marked, so the choice stays visible after picking.
2. The wizard's Organization select shows "..." while orgs load. Show a skeleton or the viewer's org name instead of a bare ellipsis.
3. A node with no heartbeat yet shows "Unknown" in the picker, but the roster may word it differently. Use the roster's word for every status.
4. When fewer than five projects exist, the Add node help "The busiest five are added." overstates what was picked. Show it only when more than five are offered, or say "All are added."
Out of scope: the ranking (tasks in the last 30 days), placement semantics, other pages.
Done means: each item shows in a screenshot of the live stack at desktop and 390px, and the wizard/dialog vitest suites pass.
Outcome
Wizard node chips show status, org select names the org while loading, status words single-homed, Add node help says "All are added." when ≤5. Quick gate + 363 vitest green; visual check at desktop/390 good. PR #6446 merged (a05df4b); its deploy was cancelled (superseded). Follow-up draft #8393. Memory: none applied.
