Waiting Task Header Footer Banner Prefill
Seen while verifying Task 8280 on a node-less org at 1440px (a ready onboarding task waiting for its node).
1. On /tasks the row reads "Waiting for your node" but sits under a "QUEUED" section header; group or label waiting rows so the header matches the row's state.
2. The task page footer says "Queued. Starts on its own." while the header pill says "Waiting for your node"; the footer should state the same wait fact (it will not start on its own until a node exists).
3. The task page shows "Waiting for your node" twice: the header pill and an info banner directly below it with the identical text. When the banner adds nothing beyond the pill, drop it or give it the remedy (e.g. a link to add a node).
4. New project wizard: after entering a repo URL, the Name step is empty and says "Name is required"; prefill the name from the repo URL's last path segment.
Out of scope: wait-reason derivation (Task 8211), setup step semantics (Task 8028).
Done means: each item visible on the live stack at 1440px with a screenshot in the report; `./dc check quick` green.
Outcome
A waiting task now shows one wait fact in the /tasks header, the task-page footer and the banner (now with a Nodes link). The wizard prefills Name from the repo URL. Quick gate green; checked visually at 1440px. PR #6447 merged (bf18b282); Jaah Deploy to dev succeeded. Follow-up draft #8394. Memory: none applied.
