Widget Update on Node Changes

The widget must get updated, especially when we clearly see there is a node present and alive. Also if the node was deleted and then added the AI account will require Sign In. ![image.png](attachment:img-ZDYKB_t7p-.png)

Outcome

The setup widget now refreshes on node/account events and polls while Your node or AI account is open. AI account counts only once signed in on a live node, so a re-added node shows Sign in. Merged as #6374 (23c1e884) after quick gate and lane. Deploy cancelled, likely replaced by a later one. Draft #8245 filed. Memory: none applied.
