Console group and org access polish

Task 8218 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Found while driving the prod console as the TimeSaver Org Owner (Task 8200). 1. Groups list: after removing a member from a group in the open group pane, the list's MEMBERS count stays stale (timesaver-admins still showed 2 after John Smith was removed) until reload. Refresh the list count when the pane's membership changes. 2. Group pane Members tab: a member row's only action is a "More actions" menu with a single "Remove" item. Show Remove inline (as the org Access tab does) instead of a one-item overflow menu. 3. A plain member opening an org_admin route lands on /no-access, and that page fires PUT /api/auth/me repeatedly (about 6 per load, 12 for two routes in the capture helper's log). Find what writes /me there and stop the repeat. It looks like a preferences save loop. 4. Groups list rows: the NAME column truncates every group name to one or two characters ("t…", "T…") at 1440px while DESCRIPTION takes the width. Give NAME priority over DESCRIPTION. 5. The org Access tab gives no hint that a person holds an org role through a group (the role shows on the group row only). Make it visible per person, e.g. a "via timesaver-admins" line on the People tab, so an owner can see who is effectively an Org Admin. Out of scope: role resolution in the API; the docs capture helper. Done means: - Each item above is fixed or explicitly declined with a reason in the PR body, and the visual check at 1440px shows the groups list and group pane after a member removal.

Outcome

Fixed all 5: groups list count refreshes on member change, inline Remove, PUT /me repeat (4-6→1/load, per-mount guide guard), NAME keeps width beside pane, per-person "Via <group>" Access rows. Quick gate green; PR #6364 queued to lane. Follow-up draft 8228. Memory: none applied.
