Audit UI polish fixes

Task 8166 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Found while photographing Audit on prod for the docs-writer run (Task 8165). 1. Audit › Workflows: a skipped firing shows the raw token `previous_task_open` as a chip, beside a row that already says "skipped … (previous still open)". Show a human label (or drop the chip when the sentence already says it). 2. Audit › Activity on **Changes**: an org's list is dominated by alternating "Login" / "MFA skipped" pairs per sign-in. Fold a sign-in and its MFA outcome into one row, as the pipeline fold does. 3. Audit › Event: a Login event's Event tab shows only When/Actor/Action/Type with a large empty pane; the Request tab carries the useful status. Show the result status on the Event tab (or the Request facts inline) so a short event reads on one tab. 4. Audit › Event: the Actor's raw user UUID is shown to every viewer under the name. Show it only on hover/copy, as other detail pages keep ids secondary. Out of scope: Audit's operator-only tabs (Catalogue, Exclusions, Control plane); Sessions. Done means: each item above is visible on the dev console at desktop and 390px, with unit tests for any new row-folding rule, and `./dc check quick` green.

Outcome

Audit polish: dropped raw skip chip, folded sign-in+MFA pairs (unit-tested), Result on Event tab, actor UUID behind hover/copy. Quick gate green; visual check at 1440/390px OK. PR #6338 merged; Jaah Deploy green. Follow-up draft #8189. Memory: none applied.
