Guided setup: tenant-facing rough edges found while testing
Found while visually checking Task 8028's guided setup on a local stack.
1. Add node → Self-hosted → Create shows the tenant a raw operator config error ("cp_base_url must be https — apt replays the node token… set 'Control plane URL' in Settings > Infrastructure > Cloud"). Tenants should see a short "Self-hosted nodes are not available right now" and the operator detail should go to the operator only.
2. The pending-approval banner says "you can connect GitHub, add repositories and invite your team meanwhile", but the guided setup now orders Connect Git and Add a project after Your node (they read "Waiting for approval"). Align the banner with the setup order (e.g. "you can choose a plan and invite your team meanwhile").
3. Wizard "Your node" with a plan that brings no node says "Your plan doesn't include a node." and "Add your own node" links to /nodes; it should open the Add node dialog directly, as the Add node button does.
Out of scope: the setup step order and node gate themselves (Task 8028).
Done means:
- Each item above is fixed and covered by a unit test; a screenshot of each surface is in the report.
Outcome
Fixed all 3: tenants get the shared "Adding a node is not available… Ask an operator." on a CP-URL fault (operator keeps the detail); banner matches setup order; wizard opens Add node. Quick gate + tests green; visual check done; PR #6293 queued. Follow-up draft #8071.
